What’s our product warranty?
Everything we sell is fully guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, we will refund, repair or replace any product within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
Of course on an exchange, items need to be returned with tags and in the same condition as when shipped.
The return or exchange amount is determined by the retail price at the time the item was sold. Please include a copy of your receipt for processing.
When returning items, please e-mail us on our online website account with WebDesign499 first and tell us if you would like an exchange, repair, credit or refund. Also include the reason for the return, current daytime telephone number and address. We will then e-mail to you an authorization number to be written on the outside of the return shipment.
We will exchange the products per your request. If there is a discrepancy in price, your credit card will be charged or credited for the difference.

What clothing and wetsuit sizes do we carry?
We’ve included four sizing charts: one for Men’s Clothing, Women’s Clothing and one for Men’s/ Women’s Equivalent Size Chart. The size chart for our Spring or Shorty wetsuit is for men. The Women’s Clothing chart represents both the misses and junior sizes because a lot of surf clothing is sized both ways.

How to order from us?
We have set up our company to be an e-commerce only venture. No catalogs, no paperwork. We do not accept fax orders or write-in orders. However, we’d like to reserve the right to break our own rules, so there is always the exception. Essential Surf Company is “24/7″ so you can order from us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
On-line shopping with us is safe through the use of SSL encryption in the iKorb Data Management System. When you place orders or access your account information, we use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Plus, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. Our site is authenticated by VeriSign. Bottom line, your transaction is safe with us.
How do we ship?
We now provide “real-time” shipping costs. In setting up our company, our philosophy regarding shipping is simply to get the product to you, anywhere in the world, when you need it – clothing, gear, and accessories – whatever we carry. However, the realities of an international company, is that there are limitations as to time and availability of shipping options throughout the world. Having said that, here’s what we can do:
Continental USA (Lower 48 States)
Whenever possible, we ship the next business day. You have the option of Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day or Ground, (which can take 7 to 10 days). We make every attempt to ship “next day” orders the day received so long as the order has been placed by 12 noon Pacific Standard Time.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is on an Overnight or 2nd day basis. We generally ship Fed Ex 2nd day service. However, remote areas of Hawaii and Alaska can add an extra day to shipping.
International Shipping is a bit more complex. Our philosophy is to get the product to you anywhere in the world. Whenever possible, we make every attempt to ship international orders the day received so long as the order has been placed by 12 noon Pacific Standard Time. Shipping Fed Ex “Air” typically takes 2 to 6 business days – again depending on the destination. Of course any or all Customs Charges are your responsibility and time held in Customs may affect delivery date.
We can take no responsibility for delayed deliveries due to Acts of God, heavy holiday shipping schedules, or incomplete/incorrect delivery information. Essential Surf Company reserves the right to pass along any additional charges due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer.
How do we protect your privacy?
At Essential Surf Company, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
